Vlad Urakov (27 yo , 47AV) 0 Win , 0 Result , 1 top 9
Vlad hasn't got any result this year , but has managed to snatch an interesting 4th place in the second stage of the Volta do Lagoa do Patos. He is a key teammate and could sometimes have a more important role in some races in season 57.
Filip Avandeyev (30yo , 50AV) 0 Win , 0 Result , 1 top 9
A historical member of the team , here with us since the beginning. The highlight of his season was a 4th place in a race with the National Team in Krivoy Rog in Ukraine. He , just like Urakov and others was a key team-mate for our success in the Norway Tour, getting a 7th place in the last stage in Oslo.
Gennady Sitnikov (29yo , 50 AV) 1- Win , 1 Result , 1 Top 9
Gennady has surprised everyone by getting our first victory in Div 3 , against all odds in Malmo-Skaane. He has also got a 9th place in the last stage of the Perm Parade.
Arseny Dobrolyubov (28yo , 49 AV) 5 Wins - 15 Results - 1 top 8
By far our best rider and his best season. He won the stage 5 of the Volta da Lagoa dos Patos , and Topas-Karabas in Kazakhstan. In Poland , he finished 2nd of a World Tour B race. He also got 2 second places in Giro di Sicilia - and a 2nd place overall. In Perm , he got a 2nd place and a 3rd place in stages , and finished 2nd of the spint classification.
He also finished 2nd in Denmark , in Vejle-Hejnsvig-Vejle .
But his main success was his fantastic time in the Norway tour where he won the Sprint Classification - and 2 stages . He finished 2nd on 2 other stages.
His only disappointment was his 5th place in a race he could have won , in Ponferrada Galicia .
He has become the 3rd most talented ukrainien in history in total points.
Gordey Greshnev -30 yo - 48 AV
Gordey has been a key team mate , his combination of HL/FR has been helping greatly .
Svyatoslav Rastorguyev - 28 yo - 47 AV
Svyatoslav is slightly underused - since he doesn't have any good team mate for normal sprints , and the team io focused on hilly sprints. He was part of the Perm Tour and the Norway tour adventure , but didn't manage to get a top 9.
Vasily Siyanskikh - 24 yo - 47 AV
No good result for him , as he was a jobber half of the season. His training has been completed and he will be a solid 47 AV , hill helper , and good all-around rider.
Viktor Vanzin - 23 yo - 41 AV
Viktor has finished his training and maxed very low. His TQ and FR will be enough to make of him a relatively good LO2- but his downhill skills will never be shown.
Mitrofan Dudin - 32 yo - 40 AV
Has just been recruited. his 88 in TT will be useful for his training skills in the future , and will probably be used as a lone weapon in TT's - although he will also be part of the jobbing team until his recruitment in the staff.
Aristarkh Astafyev - 29 yo - 39 AV
No result for him - but not surprising in D3. He is now more and more eclipsed by the other sprinters , but remains an historic element of our squad.
Porfiriy Turbin - 24 yo - 33 AV
Still in training , he now has 59 in SP. Let's hope he will max high !
Yulian Zefirov & Fyodor Platonov = both jobbers recruited.
Dmitry Putilov - just like Dudin , will be recruited to be a small jobber and then become a trainer. His 80+ in CL will help.
Retired riders
Julian Yevtushenko & Mikhail Varennikov - both long-time jobbers. Time to regenerate blood.
Veniamin Tupitsyn - is now part of the training staff !
Here are objectives for next season :
-Beat Team Bobyn once again for the season
- Make Arseny Dobrolyubov 2nd overall in total points for Ukraine in all OCM History
-Get a top 3 with Urakov
- Get a top 3 with Rastorguyev
-Get a top 3 with Sitnikov
- Get a top 9 with Avandeyev
-Get at least 10 results with Dobrolyubov
-Retain our sprint classification jersey for Noway Tour with Dobrolyubov.
- Incorporate Putilov in the training staff before the end of the season.
- Finish Turbin's training overall
- Buy a 300k crank-set , unless a new talent emerges to be trained.
